Service Authorization

You authorize Motor Medics LLC to inspect, diagnose, and repair your motorcycle as needed.

Vehicle Operation & Risk

We may test‑ride or operate your motorcycle before or after service. You accept the standard risks associated with repair and testing.

Mandatory Diagnostic Requirement

Every vehicle receives an in‑house diagnostic regardless of prior assessments.

Diagnostic Fee

A non‑refundable fee of $105 plus tax is due before service. The fee is credited toward the final invoice.

Estimates and Additional Work

We will contact you for approval before performing repairs that exceed the initial estimate.

Payment Terms

An upfront payment amount, determined by our staff, may be required. The balance is due when service is complete.

No Guarantee of Completion Date

Repair times are estimates. Delays may occur because of parts availability or other factors.

Parts Ownership

Replaced parts are discarded unless requested at the time of drop-off.

Customer‑Supplied Parts

We generally do not accept customer-supplied parts due to insurance and warranty policies. If, at our sole discretion, we agree to install any customer-supplied parts, we will not be responsible for fit, function, safety, damage, or any warranty. The customer assumes all associated risks and liabilities. We are not liable for the fit, function, or warranty of customer‑supplied parts.

Warranty

We provide a 30‑day warranty on labor and on parts we supply. Misuse, abuse, or custom modifications are not covered.

Vehicle Inspection at Pickup

Inspect your motorcycle upon pickup. Report any concerns within 24 hours.

Storage Fees

A $40 per‑day fee applies after 48 hours from the service‑completion notice.

Lien & Abandoned Vehicles

Motor Medics LLC may hold or sell motorcycles not picked up within 30 days, per New Jersey law.

Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Hold Harmless

You agree not to hold us liable for issues arising after pickup unless caused by our proven negligence.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as part shortages or adverse weather conditions.

Security & Documentation

Security cameras monitor our facility. We may take photos for service records and quality assurance.

Data Protection

Your personal information is safeguarded and not shared without your permission.

Sales Tax

New Jersey sales tax (6.625%) applies to all parts and labor.

Refund Policy

Labor is non‑refundable. Manufacturer warranties apply to defective parts.

Engine Oil Responsibility

If we perform work that involves opening, removing, or rebuilding any part of your engine, you—the vehicle owner—must confirm the engine oil level and condition before riding. Maintaining proper oil is solely your responsibility. Motor Medics LLC will not be liable for damage resulting from failure to verify or replenish engine oil after pickup.

New Tire Break‑In

When we install or service tires, you must break in the tires for at least the first 100 miles by riding cautiously and avoiding aggressive acceleration, braking, or lean angles. You acknowledge that new tires have reduced traction until worn in. Motor Medics LLC is not responsible for loss of control or accidents resulting from improper tire break‑in.

Credit Card & Service Fees

Payments made by credit card may incur a processing fee as determined by our payment processor. Additional service fees may apply for special orders or rush services. We will inform you of such fees in advance.

Customer Property Left on Motorcycle

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left with or on the motorcycle. Please remove all valuables before drop-off.

Electronic Communication Consent

By engaging our services, you consent to receive service updates, estimates, and invoices via text, email, or other electronic means you provide.

Disassembly for Diagnosis

In some cases, diagnosis requires partial or full disassembly of components (e.g., engine). If you decline recommended repairs after diagnosis, Motor Medics LLC is not responsible for reassembly or restoring disassembled parts to their prior state. Additional labor to reassemble may be quoted separately if desired.

Terms Modification

These terms may change without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of service applies.
